Some of us get dipped in flat, some in satin, some in gloss; but every once in a while, you find someone who's iridescent, and once you do, nothing will ever compare.

Costume/Dress made by me

Our Little Earth Nymph

Hi! So this is a product of my hours of hard work for this dress. This is for the event my niece's participated, and I was asked by my family to do the dress because it's given already, Fashion Design is my course and I should be the one doing this art for the family. This dress is very easy to make I just painted the top and use some fabrics I have at home and used some recycled plastic leaves and some I bought from the Department Store. There are mostly back shots because she doesn't want to smile, I just took some stolen shots for me to compile as this is her first even she attended as a student. As for the flower crown its just wire and some glue gun power and white roses.

I'm so happy for you our little princess! When you grow up I will show you these pictures to help you remember the things you did and I'm sure the pictures will keep you entertained haha! All the best little one! Uncle Mamu is always here for you! :)

I DON'T HAVE MUCH CLOTHES

Hi! This is my 6th blog about my outfit. Again I'm wearing mostly the pieces I wore for my other blog posts, that's why my title is "I don't have much clothes" (literally) haha! I really like using my kimono outerwear that I bought from a thrift shop near our house because it's neutral and I can play with it easily. Then the shorts I wore for my first outfit post, and my all time abused pair of platform shoes. So basically I just play around with my clothes since I don't have that much. I always combine neutrals for easier styling.

Today is a very fun day cause I bonded with my most favourite boy in the world. All I can say that unplanned adventures are the best. Today I bought a very minimalistic bag (which I'm gonna blog about soon) from a random shop we went inside the mall. Also a bit stressful because of projects for school and I need to make a dress for my niece for her contest in school. Until my next post!!! :)

STRUCTURED SLEEVES

Hi I'm back! It's been a couple of months since I last blogged. So for this one I featured some D.I.Y's that I made recently. First up is the structured (boxy) top that I did. So basically my boy thrifted a black Nike sweatpants, he cut it into shorts so whats left is the bottom part of the pants. So I decided to make it into sleeves, I used a basic white shirt and cut the sleeves and hand sew the black sleeves. This is a very impromptu D.I.Y. because I didn't even know how it will look like, I just gave it a shot because there's nothing to lose, because I have so much white shirts. I didn't took detail shots of my outfit because there's no patterns or anything on it.

Actually I featured 2 D.I.Y.'s for this outfit, my hardware ring. I saw this from love_aesthetics blog and I really liked it. So I quickly went to my dad's tool kit and found the pieces which I used to assemble it.

I'm not wearing an outerwear today since the rainy days here in Manila is over already. The heat is coming back again and I need
thin clothes to wear to school. But seldomly I still bring with me an outerwear just in case, especially if the airconditioning in our school gets powerful. Thanks for taking your time reading my post hehe! Until next time!! :)
